Narrative Psychotherapy
Narrative psychotherapy was introduced as a psychotherapeutic method by Australian psychotherapist Michael White and New Zealand psychotherapist David Epston (White & Epston, 1990).
According to this method, the "retelling" of the stories of the individual, both in the present, in the past and in the future acts therapeutically because the person converses differently with his environment, himself and his significant others.
