In every global crisis it has been shown that stress levels are rising, and even the values of individuals seem to be redefined. The present study was conducted during the period of the traffic ban, due to the spread of COVID-19, to 1359 participants (987 women and 372 men) from all over Greece. The results of the research showed that the stress levels are indeed quite high, while the value system of individuals seems to have been redefined. These findings were also correlated with the effect of participants’ demographics. In any case, due to limited literature, the need for further research on this issue arises, taking into account the limitations of the present research.
